Description
A web app that serves as the single source of truth for co/efficient's product portfolio. It tracks every product, internal tool, and R&D idea (currently 46 initiatives) with owner, developer, lifecycle stage, priority, target dates, next steps, and latest updates. Views include the Now/Next/Later roadmap, a product inventory organized around three grids (What We Sell, What We Build to Run It, R&D), a meeting view for the bimonthly product meeting, an intake queue with this submission form, and generated PUSH and deck reports. Currently deployed on Cloudflare Pages and linked from the Tools Staging Dashboard.

9/16Promoted from intake (submitted 9/16/2026 by Jessica (app)). Why: Product and tool status has lived in a single-page HTML roadmap, freeform emails, and meeting prep that gets rebuilt by hand. Internal tools on the Tools Staging Dashboard have no consistent log or lifecycle tracking, and new ideas arrive without a structured intake. A data-driven app gives one place to log every product and tool, assign owners, track lifecycle stage, and automatically produce the content shared on PUSH and at the bimonthly product meetings, so that reporting stops being manual work.

Goals
Every product and internal tool (including everything on the Tools Staging Dashboard) is logged with an owner and lifecycle stage. New ideas come in through the intake form rather than freeform emails. PUSH updates and bimonthly product meeting materials are generated from the app with little or no manual assembly. Roadmap is reviewed and current at each product meeting.
