The Engine is co/efficient's central production platform, giving staff a live view of projects and polling data alongside research dashboards, file storage, and brand resources, all built on a shared data layer that lets these tools work together instead of standing alone.
Definition
The Engine is co/efficient's platform for turning polling response data into client-facing dashboards and analysis. Polling data gets dropped in to build Standard and Custom Research Dashboards, and that same data fills the Data Ocean, a central pool that can be explored directly through the Data Submarine. All Projects are viewable on a Project Table, which currently draws from the Sales Tracker with plans to eventually interface with the Sales Tracker, both updating the Sales Tracker and being updated by the Sales Tracker.
A few other pieces support this without being fully defined yet: a File Library that currently seems to double as a dashboard archive and file storage, an AI Integration and Universe Counts feature both still taking shape, and a Polling Approval Intake Form that kicks off the process by notifying the team a new poll is launching. A Brand Guide also lives in Engine as a reference resource, unrelated to the polling workflow.
Unlike Tools Dashboard, where each tool is a separate link behind a shared login with no shared data behind them, Engine's core dashboard and Ocean components are connected through this same underlying data.
