- Starting to build barebones skeleton for the Custom Dashboard environment
- Kickoff held; architecture agreed, but two open dependencies (agent structure, Ryan's skill file) still block next steps.

NextAwait Ryan's updated custom dashboard skill file; reconvene in about a week to review it and check prototype progress.
- Continue testing both polling and voter contact projects
